We are looking for a Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer who is ambitious and driven to excel in a career in IT for a client of ours based in Milton Keynes. This client is not easily accessible via public transport so you must be able to drive and have access to a car.
The ideal candidate for the Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer role will have recently graduated with an IT-related degree, although this is not essential. Ideally, the Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer will have some experience of providing IT support, whether that be in a service desk environment or in a desk-side capacity. Within this role the successful Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer will have the support of the wider team for support and escalations.

* Troubleshooting VPN issues * New starter set ups * Troubleshooting log in issues * Software installation * Machine builds

* IT support experience
Desirable - Junior 1st Line IT Support Engineer
* IT related degree * IT support certifications / training * Experience of having worked in a service desk environment using call logging packages
