Salary: up to £25,000 to £32,000 Benefits depending on experience

Working Hours: Shift work between 8:30am - 5:30pm

THE JOB:
The role of a IT Support Engineer.
* Support the other members of your team * Provide IT support via telephone, email and remote access control * Provide support onsite support * Assist with project work including office moves, hardware builds, software deployments and migration work for new and existing clients * Provide a high level of customer service for all support queries. * To take ownership of customer problems and work efficiently when dealing with customers * Update and log calls on the logging system * Escalate more complex issues to relevant IT Support members
