Job title: Service Desk Analyst
Salary: up to £33,000 Benefits
Location: Wokingham - 5 days onsite, after 3/4 months it will move to a hybrid position with more days of remote working.
Working hours: - 9am - 5pm
An exciting Managed Service Provider, who are currently onboarding a number of new clients, have significant growth plans across the business off the back of their continued success and as a result are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to grow with them.
Within this position, the Service Desk Analyst will be given the opportunity to upskill which will include on and off the job training as well as assisting you in completing courses to gain certifications/qualifications. In addition to this, the Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for end user support, assisting clients, which will include troubleshooting applications and servers, user administration, granting access for users, whilst also getting the opportunity to be involved with a range of projects such as data migrations from on premise to cloud services.
The Service Desk Analyst will be given the chance to progress in the business as they take pride in helping their staff develop into more senior positions within the organisation, to assist in their career growth.
Key Skills - Service Desk Analyst:
* Office 365 - Administration and supporting the applications
* Windows Server basic administration
* Active Directory - User creation and troubleshooting
* Someone who can take the initiative
* Keen to learn and develop
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirables - Service Desk Analyst:
* Firewalls
* Any relevant certifications
* Managed Services/Consultancy experience
* Intune/Endpoint - Mobile Device Management
* Cloud Systems - Azure
* SharePoint administration
