Job Title: 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer

Salary: up to £40,000 Benefits

Location: Luton - 5 days a week - flexible working after probation

Working Hours: 8:00am-4:30pm or 9:00am-5:30pm

Permanent/Contract: Permanent

The 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer is a great opportunity to get into a growing Managed Service Provider and gain experience with a vast amount of different technologies. This organisation is a Gold Partner with Microsoft which gives you the opportunity to go and get free certifications to build your CV and develop your skills.

They are looking for a 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer who is ready to get their teeth into some new technologies and be prepared to face any challenges that come their way. The 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer need to be prepared for a fast-paced environment and be eager to develop current skill sets as well as picking up new skills.

Essential skills for the 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer:

* Office 365 - have previous experience in a project such as mailbox migrations, experience working with the backend such as managing SharePoint permissions
* Azure - experience using Azure and a passion to grow within it
* Networking - experience troubleshooting vLANs, Routers and Switches
* Active Directory - User Administration
* Clear communications - both verbal and written
* Desire to learn and develop
* Ability to talk and build relationships with customers

Desirable skills for the 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer:

* Office 365 - Involved/led in a major project within Office 365 such building SharePoint from scratch
* Azure - experience in a migration
* Active Directory - creating group policies
* Previous experience working within a Managed Service Provider

Responsibilities for the 2nd/3rd Line Senior IT Support Engineer:

* Involved in and will led Azure migrations
* Help companies obtain their Cyber essentials
* Installing software for printers
* Installing and configuring switches and Wi-Fi
* Build relationships with clients
* Train and develop 1st Line Engineers
