Application Support Analyst - up to £35,000 Bonus Benefits - Central London/Hybrid
A very exciting Client of mine has seen a large increase in their client base recently and as a result are looking to hire an Application Support Analyst to join their team. The Application Support Analyst will be part of a growing function and be given the opportunity to spearhead future enhancements.
The Application Support Analyst will be able to work from home at least 3 days per week.
Over the last few years, the business has considerably grown and the pandemic had very little impact on them. They are investing large amounts of money into the business to allow them to continue growing and to support their growing client base so if successful the Application Support Analyst will have a great chance to work for a stable, secure and growing organisation.
The Application Support Analyst will be responsible for performing the initial triage of all client production, incidents and manage through to resolution by providing advice and guidance. The Application Support Analyst will also perform analysis and diagnostics of issues when required and prepare a work request accordingly.
Furthermore, the Application Support Analyst will liaise with internal technical teams and 3rd party providers especially around performing releases, executing SQL scripts and configuration changes.
Application Support Analyst - Key Skills:
* Application Support * MS SQL - executing pre-supplied scripts and writing basic enquiry scripts * Excellent written and verbal communication skill
Application Support Analyst - Desirable Skills:
* Any relevant certifications * Financial Services experience
