2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer - up to £37,000 Benefits - Central London
The role is a fully onsite role meaning you will be in the office 5 days a week.
A leading Education body based within Central London are looking to bring in an 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer to join there growing IT team. They are looking for an interactive, sociable individual who is approachable and is keen to grow their skills within IT. As the 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer, you will be working closely with your Service Desk colleagues, the Assistant IT Manager and the Service Desk Team Lead so this is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to various technologies and exposure to different projects as they have an upcoming Hyper-V to VMWare migration.
In addition, the 2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer will be given on and off the job training as well as being given the opportunity to complete a number of training courses and certifications.
2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Key Skills:
* Deploying and Troubleshooting SCCM * Networking experience * Active Directory experience including Group Policies * Windows Server * Previous Service Desk experience
2nd / 3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Desirable Skills:
* Hyper-V/VMWare experience * Firewalls - understanding the types of communications and deployment experience * Cyber Security experience * Azure * Education Experience
