2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Market Harborough
Location: Market Harborough - 5 days/week onsite for 1 - 2 months and then hybrid working
Rate: up to Â£300/day
Duration: 12 months Potential extension
A leading client are investing in enhancing their IT Infrastructure by implementing Azure and require the services of a 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer who will deal with BAU tasks with an array of technologies including but not limited to; Citrix, Active Directory, Windows Server, MDM, emails, backups, storage, Azure, monitoring and Anti-Virus.
The 2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer will also act as an escalation point for the 1st Line issues and get the opportunity to work closely with some 3rd party Senior Infrastructure Engineers on complex 3rd Line issues.
2nd/3rd Line IT Support Engineer - Key Skills:

* Exchange, Outlook or Office 365
