2nd Line Support Engineer - up to £45,000 Benefits - London/Hybrid
I have a very exciting opportunity for two 2nd Line Support Engineers to join a leading Managed Service Provider who are looking to enhance their Support Team. This role is going to play a key part within the Support team of the organisation as you will be working with key stakeholders both internally and externally for the organisation. You will also be liaising multiple different teams whilst working on a variety of projects moving forward.
To be suitable for one of these 2nd Line Support Engineer vacancies, you will need to have experience supporting Windows OS as well as having previous experience on a Service Desk. On top of this, you will need to have experience using Citrix, Active Directory and Office 365. The team is currently growing, and they currently have 3 offices, but they are looking to expand further so this is a very exciting time to join the organisation.
This role will be required to be onsite up to 4 days a week.
