Role 2nd Line Support Engineer Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 Working hours: 9am-5pm Location: 2/3 days working at home and 2/3 days working from Cirencester.

We are currently partnered with a Managed Service Provider who having recently brought in new clients are now looking for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join the team. The 2nd Line Support Engineer must be someone who has the correct attitude to progress and take on tickets.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be joining an organisation who are keen to develop their employees. As the 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will have the chance to gain Microsoft certifications for free and progress into an area of your choice.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer:
* Office 365 - Create users, Password resets, Permissions, granting access, * Windows - Basic user support * Attitude to IT - Desire to learn and progress
Desirable skills - 2nd Line Support Engineer:
* MS certifications or desire to gain certifications * Mac OS administration * Linux - Basic experience, administration * Azure - Knowledge on setting up the Infrastructure including VMs and configuration of VPN * Intune - Setting up applications, setting up Intune * Managed Service Provider Experience
