2nd Line Support Engineer- Bracknell- Up to £34,000 Benefits
We are working with a world leading organisation based in Bracknell who are looking for several 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their team.
The successful 2nd Line Support Engineer will be providing Desktop support to users, handle escalations from the Service Desk and troubleshoot application and hardware issues. The 2nd Line Support will also support users with Windows and MAC devices; coupled with having a passion for IT.

The 2nd Line Support Engineer role will require you to be office based, work in a shift-based pattern and occasionally 1 day on a weekend as and when required.
Key Skills for the 2nd Line Support Engineer, who will need some experience working with some of the technology below: need a line about only needing some of the below
* Windows 7 or 10 * Active Directory - password resets * Office 365 - Office Suite support and troubleshooting * Office 365 / Outlook - user / mailbox management and troubleshooting * The Google Suite - Gmail, google docs etc. * Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP * Printer and hardware support * Mobile phone support * Antivirus support and management * Remote support tools * Backups and disaster recovery * Security patches * Windows Server
This is an excellent opportunity for someone either in a 2nd Line role or looking to take their next step up from 1st Line Support. Along with having experience in some of the technologies outlined above, my client is also looking for someone who is confident and has excellent communication.
