An exciting client is looking to bring in a new IT Support Engineer to join the team on a permanent basis to help grow the team. They are looking to bring in a IT Support Engineer who has recent experience with Citrix as well as an understanding of Azure.
The IT Support Engineer role is a rare and exciting opportunity to join a renowned organisation who have a passionate team to assist them in their merger as they continue to grow. In the role of a IT Support Engineer, you will be involved in lots of project work as well as BAU work providing 2nd line support. The project work the IT Support Engineer will assist in merger between 2 companies which will include merging all their applications and servers.
IT Support Engineer - Requirements:

2nd line support *
Active Directory - resetting passwords, adding and deleting users, setting policies *
Networking - know how to do command prompt ping *
Good written and verbal communication skills
IT Support Engineer - Desirable Skills:

Understand of Azure *
Citrix - terminating and restart sessions, setting it up and load balancing *
Intune or other deployment tools *
Windows Server experience *
Experience troubleshooting Office 365 issues.
