My Education client are currently looking to hire for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team to support both BAU work and multiple projects they are working on and have in the pipeline. They are looking for an individual that is passionate about providing excellent customer service to users and customers.
The successful 2nd Line Engineer will be working 50/50 in the office and on-site where it is COVID secure to work. On top of this the 2nd Line Engineer will be working to SLA's in place and ensuring the smooth running of operations and managing incidents effectively. The 2nd Line Engineer will be in a great opportunity where the scope for growth is massive and an excellent opportunity for an individual to proactively excel their career in IT.
Essential skills for the 2nd Line Engineer:
* Windows server 2012 experience * Windows Server Builds * Office 365 or OnPremise Exchange experience - Distribution lists, setting up and editing new users * Firewall Management - Content filtering and general management and editing experience * Switch Installations * Wifi Installations * DNS and DHCP - Experience configuring
They are looking for a 2nd Line Engineer who can communicate effectively with Non-IT users and that prides themselves in the experience that they give to their users and clients ensuring that is it the best.
