Role: 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts
Location: Poplar, E14 0AF - 5 days per week onsite
Rate: £120-£150 per day
Duration: 3 Months Ext

We are currently recruiting for multiple 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts for South East London based client who currently have increased IT support demand due to their ongoing change and transformation programme. The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts will predominately be responsible for movers, joiners and leavers, using Active Directory to administer said changes. The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts will on occasion also be required to support with hardware and VOIP setups so any experience with this would be highly desirable although it is not essential.
Essential experience - 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts
* Experience of having worked in an IT service desk environment
* Active Directory user administration - creating new users, amending permissions, deleting users, amending user information (e.g. departmental moves)
* Excellent customer service and telephone manner
Desirable experience - 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analysts
* Experience of having worked in an Azure environment
* VOIP support experience
* Hardware support experience
