Job title: 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst
Salary: up to £35,000 Bonus Benefits
Location: Central London - 4 days/week onsite with 1 of these days being on a client site
Working hours: - 37.5 hours per week as a shift rota between 8am - 7pm - Monday to Friday. The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will work 1 Saturday every 5 weeks from 9am - 5pm and when doing so, you will work 4 days between Monday - Friday

An exciting Managed Service Provider, who are a Microsoft Partner, are currently onboarding a number of new clients and have significant growth plans across the business off the back of their continued success are looking to hire an 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst.

In this role, the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will start the role by embarking on in-depth training courses and then be responsible for project and BAU work. The projects will include laptop rollouts and M365 migrations and the BAU issues will vary on a daily basis. Furthermore, the 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be responsible for configurating and deploying desktops, laptops, mobiles, tablets devices, providing support to the Office 365 suite and escalating issues when required.

The 1st/2nd Line IT Support Analyst will be given the chance to progress in the business as they take pride in helping their staff develop into more senior positions within the organisation, to assist in their career growth.
