Job title: 1st Line Support Engineer Contract: Permanent Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 Benefits Location: Fully Onsite Dartford
We are currently working with a Managed Service Provider who are looking to bring in two 1st Line Support Engineers to support their clients. They are bringing someone in on a permanent basis who is passionate, keen to learn and has previous customer service as well as MSP experience.
The 1st Line Support Engineers will have the opportunity to join a Microsoft gold partner organisation who have constantly been growing for the past few years. As the 1st Line Support Engineer, you will be dealing with tickets, working on projects and have the opportunity to progress into the 2nd Line team.
Essential skills - 1st Line Support Engineer:
* Experience working in a Managed Service Provider * Office 365 - Setting permissions, troubleshooting, setting up profiles, administrating accounts * Ticketing system experience -Experience with any ticketing system ideally Autotask * Active Directory - Creating and removing accounts and group policy experience would be a bonus
Desirable skills - 1st Line Support Engineer:
* File server management experience * Datto device management * Citrix - Troubleshooting, ensure apps are installed, user configuration * PowerShell - Modifying accounts
