Job Description

Title: 1st Line Support Analyst

Location: Birmingham - Hybrid after onboarding

Salary: Up to £25,000 Benefits

Contract/Permanent: Permanent

Working Hours: Rota based between 8am - 6pm

Hours per week: 37.5

The role of a 1st Line Support Analyst:

* Working with multiple technologies and getting hands on experience with them
* Troubleshooting a wide array of 1st Line issues using technologies including Office 365, Active Directory, Windows and many others
* Get hands on experience with bespoke technologies
* Handling 1st Line issues and getting the opportunity to grow and excel within the position.
* Be the point of contact for troubleshooting issues and involves problem solving at the highest level


1st Line Support Analyst Essential Skills:

* Strong computer understanding - terminology and systems.
* Understanding of Office 365 / Active Directory

1st Line Support Analyst Desired Skills:

* Office365 and Active Directory password resets
* Previous helpdesk experience
* Previous MSP experience
* Understanding of Windows 10/11 systems
* University Degree / National Vocational Qualification / Apprenticeship
* Certifications - CompTIA / Microsoft
* Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

Soft Skills:

* Reliable - can work in a team but also by themselves
* Team player
* Customer Service - clear communication skills and able to articulate easily
