My client, a rapidly developing organisation who have seen massive growth the past years are looking for a highly talented Telephony/VoIP/Voice Network Engineer to join their ever-growing team.
As a Telephony/VoIP/Voice Network Engineer you will be providing support for a contact/call centre environment. Some of your key responsibilities will include logging user queries in an effective and timely manner, be the first point of contact for all telephony issues and escalating tickets to VoIP vender when required. Furthermore as a Telephony/VoIP/Voice Network Engineer you will also be responsible for maintaining a secure network and on boarding and off boarding users.
Key Skills for Telephony/VoIP/Voice Network Engineer:
* Supporting and maintaining VoIP * Previous experience of providing support to a Call Centre or Contact Centre * Creating support tickets * Logging tickets with vendor * Ensuring networks are up and running * Creating and removing users * Understand of how call routing works
Desirable skills for Telephony/VoIP/Voice Network Engineer:
* Deploying, configuring and building VoIP * CCNA * CCNP
