My client, a rapidly growing organisation, is hiring for a highly motivated Voice/VoIP/Telephony Engineer. They have gained major success in recent times in their field and are continuing to prosper in the market. This role will offer the right candidate access to work on a wide range of VoIP technologies across different platforms.
As a Voice/VoIP/Telephony Engineer, you will be a passionate individual as you will be joining an exciting team, with the responsibility to ensure that customers are receiving the highest level of service in minimal time by guaranteeing the company's voice network and services are functioning, to meet business and end- user needs. Another key responsibility for the Voice/VoIP/Telephony Engineer will be to monitor the performance of the telecommunications system and resolve any hardware and software issues which may occur.

* Maintenance and support of VoIP * Previous experience of providing technical support to a contact centre / call centre * Creating support tickets * Ensure network is up and running * On board/off board users * Understanding of call routing * Log tickets with vendor
Desirable Skills- Voice/VoIP/Telephony Engineer
* Deploying, configuring and building VoIP * CCNA, CCNP or any other networking certifications
