One of my top London based clients, an industry leading IT Managed Service provider is urgently seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join their highly successful team on a permanent basis.
As a Technical Support Engineer you will be joining a buy organisation where you will be providing 1st and 2nd line technical support and you will have the opportunity to improve your knowledge and skills by using lots of new technology.

* Microsoft Windows 7 /8 /10 Desktop skills and experience * Microsoft Office Applications experience * Active Directory and MS Exchange Administration experience * Microsoft Office 365 administration experience * Local and network printer installation, configuration and support * Ability to manage significant workloads * Citrix and thin client technologies awareness * Blackberry Enterprise Server/iPhone support * ITIL awareness
Work Experience Requirements
* Solid user support experience in a previous helpdesk role * Working knowledge of helpdesk and call tracking systems * Experience in the finance industry and working with financial products is beneficial
