2nd/3rd Line Systems Support Analyst - Up to £40K Benefits - Central London
I am currently recruiting for a 2nd/ 3rd Line Systems Support Analyst for a financial client of mine. They are a growing company who are looking for someone to join their small team and be able to work in their fast-paced environment.
As a 2nd/3rd Line Systems Support Analyst you will be working along side the Head of IT to maintain and improve the infrastructure, as well as working with a small 1st Line Team as an escalation. The 2nd/3rd Line Systems Support Analyst will be involved in troubleshooting network issues, monitoring backups, updating anti-virus and Windows systems and deploying new equipment and applications.
Key Skills - 2nd /3rd Line Systems Support Analyst
* Windows Server 2012/2016 - managed and implemented * Office 365 - migrated users on prem to cloud as well as troubleshooting issues * Supported Cloud Based Active Directory - preferably Azure * Active Directory - group polices * Imaging - any tool * SharePoint - managed permissions * Networking - firewalls, switches, routers and maintained the network infrastructure
Desirable Skills - 2nd /3rd Line Systems Support Analyst
* Microsoft Certifications * Virtualisation - VMware or Hyper-V * Imaging - configured from scratch * Active Directory - Installing/Configuration * Windows Server - configured from scratch
