Essential skills needed for Service Desk Analyst:
* MS Office * Windows 7 or 8 * Active directory * Windows server admin 2008, 2012 and 2016 * Remote access support * Exchange 2010 or 2013 * Office 365 * ITIL Service management * Microsoft certification or Cisco * Network Administration * Understanding of remote access technologies e.g. VPN, RDP, VNC * Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.IT * Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure. * Microsoft Certification
