My client is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their well respected blue chip business. My client is based in Woking and is looking for a professional individual who has a positive 'can do' attitude and great customer service skills.
In this role you will work a shift pattern of Monday, Tuesday, Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm and will also require weekend support working Saturday and Sunday 8.00am to 5.00pm.
As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be providing 2nd line technical support services to all of the company's users and their supported equipment. During this time, you will be managing, logging, tracking and resolving calls through the clients bespoke system.
Essential skills - Service Desk Analyst:
* Microsoft Windows 7 or 8 or 10 * Excellent Communication skills * Experience within a Service Desk environment * Experience in working with call logging packages * Troubleshooting networking issues, such as wireless etc * Troubleshooting skills * Troubleshooting mobile devices, Android and Apple in particular
Desirable skills - Service Desk Analyst:
* Experience surrounding Windows 10 * CompTIA A , Network or MCP Windows 7 certified * Understanding of DNS and DHCP * Awareness around server technology
