A well-established client, with a high-profile client base that includes an array of companies in the Financial and Legal sector are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join their growing Service Desk team.
The Service Desk Engineer will join an established team and be heavily involved in an array of client-based projects and will be responsible for 1st to 3rd Line Support. The Service Desk Engineer will need to be a confident individual with superb customer interaction skills to provide IT support to all clients.
It is an exciting time to join this company who are growing year upon year, as the Service Desk Engineer you will gain exposure to a lot of the newest technology out there. In addition, the Service Desk Engineer will be working on projects with the team and going to client sites. This is primarily a Client facing role.
Essential skills include experience with:
