* Microsoft Windows 7 /8 /10 Desktop skills and experience * Active Directory and MS Exchange Administration experience * Microsoft Office 365 administration experience * Local and network printer installation, configuration and support * Ability to manage significant workloads * ITIL awareness
Desirable Skills - 1st Line Service Desk Engineer
* CompTIA A , Network or MCP Windows 7 certified * Understanding of DNS and DHCP * Awareness around server technology
