I am currently looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join a leading retail client based in London. They are looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst who will be working on the service desk supporting a mixed Windows and Mac environment. The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be providing BAU support for the IT Infrastructure as well as getting involved in a number of upcoming projects such as an Office 365 migration and Windows Server upgrades.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to improve their existing experience within IT and really progress within their career, with the opportunity to get to use new technologies. The successful 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst will be providing support across a number of technologies including; Active Directory, Office 365, PoS systems and warehouse software.
My client is looking for a 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst who has excellent customer service skills who can communicate effectively over the phone and face to face to technical and non-technical users across the business.

Someone who has impeccable communication skills and approaches their work with a resilient, proactive and positive attitude and approach will thrive in this position.The 1st/2nd Line Service Desk Analyst must have the ability to work to deadlines and be able to take a task through from design to implementation to documentation.
