Service Desk Analyst - £24,000 - £27,500 Benefits - East London

A client of mine are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. The Service Desk Analyst will be joining a busy team and will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd Line support to users over the phone, via remote support, face to face and via email.

The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing a high level 1st/2nd Line support to users across the business. The Service Desk Analyst will be leasing with other departments across IT on a regular basis to ensure that the best service possible is delivered at all times.

Must have experience of having providing support to users on a Service Desk with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.

Key Skills - Service Desk Analyst:

* Previous experience working on a Service Desk
* Windows 10
* Office 365 administration - mailbox creation, distribution lists
* Active Directory - create users, passwords resets
* Excellent customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills

Desirable Skills - Service Desk Analyst:

* SharePoint
* Skype For Business
* Microsoft Certifications
