A client of mine are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team. The Service Desk Analyst will be joining a busy team and will be responsible for providing support to users over the phone, via remote support, face to face and via email.
The Service Desk Analyst will be responsible for providing a high level of support to users across the business. The Service Desk Analyst will be leasing with other departments across IT on a regular basis to ensure that the best service possible is delivered at all times.
Must have experience of having providing support to users on a Service Desk with Windows 10, Office 365 and Active Directory.
Key Skills - Service Desk Analyst:
* Previous experience working on a Service Desk * Windows 10 * Office 365 administration - mailbox creation, distribution lists * Active Directory - create users, passwords resets * Excellent customer service skills * Excellent communication skills
