A media client of mine based in Surrey is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will be providing both BAU and project support to the user base.
As a Service Desk Analyst you will have previous experience of working on a service desk providing 1st and 2nd line support. As a Service Desk Analyst you will need to have experience of supporting a number of different users and will have experience working in a high passed environment.
Essential skills - Service Desk Analyst
* Windows 7, 8 or 10 * Supporting a Mac environment * Active Directory * Experience on a Service Desk
