Service Desk Analyst - £30,000 Bonus Benefits

My prestigious client based in London has a new exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Desk Analyst. This role enables the chance to work in a thriving environment as well as providing outstanding customer service.

The work environment is fast-paced and will enable the chance to work with the latest systems and high profile individuals within different areas of the business.

Essential skills needed for Service Desk Analyst:

* MS Office
* Windows 7 or 8
* Active directory
* Windows server admin 2008, 2012 and 2016
* Remote access support
* Exchange 2010 or 2013
* Office 365
* ITIL Service management
* Microsoft certification or Cisco
* Network Administration
* Understanding of remote access technologies e.g. VPN, RDP, VNC
* Ability to absorb complex technical information and communicate effectively at all levels to both technical and non-technical audiences.IT
* Ability to remain calm and efficient under pressure.
* Microsoft Certification

Desirable skills for Service Desk Analyst

* Being sensitive to organisational culture and subcultures, power relationships, politics and personalities and shaping your approach accordingly.
* Blackberry devices
* Client-server architecture
* HP & Lenovo laptop/desktop/printers
* Excellent understanding of PC / peripheral configuration and maintenance (HP & Lenovo Desktop/Laptop/Blackberry/Printer etc.)
* Remote access support (e.g. logmein / SCCM / Team Viewer
