Job Description

Role: Service Desk Analyst

Location: Central London

Rate: £120-140 / day

Duration: 3 months ext

A leading client of mine based in Central London are currently hiring for a Contract Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 months which is likely to extend further.

The successful Service Desk Analyst will be supporting a number of users and providing both BAU and Project support. Some of the upcoming projects which you will be involved in include a Windows 10 rollout and an Exchange to Office 365 migration.

The Service Desk Analyst will be providing support to users throughout the business via phone, face-to-face, email and remotely across technologies including; Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Citrix.

Key skills - Service Desk Analyst

* Previously worked in a Service Desk environment
* Windows 7 or 10
* Active Directory
* Exchange or Office 365
* Citrix or other VDI
* Call logging / ticketing

Desirable experience - Service Desk Analyst

* Networking - Juniper, Cisco, Wireless networking
* Microsoft Certified
