A leading client of mine based in Central London are currently hiring for a Contract Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 months which is likely to extend further.
The successful Service Desk Analyst will be supporting a number of users and providing both BAU and Project support. Some of the upcoming projects which you will be involved in include a Windows 10 rollout and an Exchange to Office 365 migration.
The Service Desk Analyst will be providing support to users throughout the business via phone, face-to-face, email and remotely across technologies including; Active Directory, Exchange, Office 365, and Citrix.
