Essential Skills for a Service Desk Analyst:

The Service Desk Analyst must have previous experience of operating within an IT environment.

* Experience with Windows 7 and Windows 10
* Office 365
* Active Directory administration
* Outlook
* Hardware

Desirable skills for a Service Desk Analyst include:

* Group policies
* Hyper-V / VMWare
* Windows Server 2008 / 2012
* Backups
