Service Design Analyst - Up To £40,000 Bonus Benefits - Central London
One of my leading financial companies are looking for a Service Design Analyst to join their Service Management team. The Service Design Analyst will be working very closely to the Service Design and Transition team to provide assistance in designing and transitioning products to a live environment, and also to provide continual service improvement activities to ensure efficient functions within the business.
The Service Design Analyst will be provided all the training and coaching necessary to fully develop yourself into the role and improve your grounding within Service Design and Transition. My client are open-minded in terms of the backgrounds that they will look at for this position, however they do want the Service Design Analyst to have prior project experience and a drive to develop their career within Service Management.
Key Skills - Service Design Analyst:
* Experience working in an ITIL compliant environment * Full understanding of the various IT departments and the various divisions within * Experience producing documentation - SLAs, OLAs, Vendor Support Agreements and operating models * Understanding of project life-cycles and project gating processes * Ability to identify potential risks * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Desirable Skills - Service Design Analyst:
* Prior experience working within Service Design and Transition * Experience working alongside IT project managers * ITIL qualifications * Good knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project
