My leading financial client are looking for a Senior Business Analyst and will be tasked with gathering requirements for various projects within the business. The Senior Business Analyst will be working closely with stakeholders and various IT teams to help shape, design and deliver projects that will vary in size to support the business' needs.
The Senior Business Analyst will have strong requirement gathering skills and be able to articulate themselves to a variety of people within the business. Also the Senior Business Analyst must be confident with strong communication skills towards a range of IT and Business teams.
Senior Business Analyst - Key Skills:
* Strong Requirements Gathering expertise; ability to extract and interpret and document information accordingly * Excellent Communicator - Ability to build relationships and trust with stakeholders and internal teams * Experience using toolkits - e.g. Moscow and/or Traceability Matrix * Past experience of working in a fast paced environment * Understand and translate business requirements into application and operational requirements * Have the ability to be involved in multiple projects simultaneously * Comfortable with planning support processes after implementation to assist in transfer to business as usual * High attention to detail * Drive for success, progression and development
