My established Client is looking for someone to come in and provide friendly, professional and comprehensive 1st and 2nd line support to their users users via phone and in person. This will include the installation and troubleshooting of all hardware and software
Essential skills for 1st/2nd Line Support role:
* Admin on Office 365 OR Exchange 2010 * Active Directory * Administration of Win 7 workstation * Administration of Apple OS * Administration of mobile devices accounts * Admin on Cisco Call Manager (phone and voice mail system)
In this role you will:
* To monitor all incoming issues and log accordingly via the ticketing system. This includes, but not limited to, issues via: phone, email, portal and walk-up's. * Update ticketing system on a daily basis. Undertake assigned support tasks, identify and resolve faults. Where necessary, escalate more serious problems. * Provide support for full functionality of MS suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Lync and PowerPoint) to users
Ideally you will also have a good knowledge in SCCM - Creating, deploying and maintaining images and applications.
