A Global organisation based in the West End are looking to recruit a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst for an initial 6 month contract which is likely to extend further.
This is an excellent opportunity for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst to join a Global brand and develop upon their existing experience.
They are about to embark on a number of projects including a Windows 10 and Office 365 roll-out so a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with prior experience of these projects is advantageous, although not essential.
They are looking for a 1st Line Service Desk Analyst with previous experience of providing IT Support across Windows, Active Directory and MS Office.
Essential experience - 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
* Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or 10 * Active Directory * MS Office
Desirable experience - 1st Line Service Desk Analyst
* SAP * Office 365 * Exchange * Windows roll-out experience * Office 365 roll-out experience * Microsoft Certifications
