A consultancy is looking to bring on a number of RPA resource to support them through what they anticipate to be an exponential increase in workload across the next few months.

Over the past few weeks, they have seen an increase in new clients and automation pipeline due to the high number of staff working from home and/or being furloughed, putting an increase on the demand for automation. As such, they are looking to onboard an initial 3 RPA Developers with Blue Prism and / or UiPath experience as these are the 2 main tools that they are deploying on to their client sites.

The consultancy work with clients across the UK, across a range of industry sectors so the processes automated will differ greatly. The RPA Developer role will be remote with travel to client site required a maximum of 2 days per week but will more realistically be once every 2 weeks.

Essential Experience - RPA Developer

* RPA Development with UiPath or Blue Prism
* Stakeholder management

Desirable Experience - RPA Developer

* Solution design documentation
* RPA accreditation
* NICE, Pega, Automation Anywhere or Power Automate experience / knowledge

The majority of the RPA solutions being delivered are across Blue Prism and UiPath however they are looking at branching out towards other RPA solutions so any experience with other RPA tools such as NICE, Automation Anywhere, MS Power Automate and Pega would be highly beneficial.

Given the success that they have had recently, my client is anticipating an increase still in workload and as such there is a high chance that the RPA Developer role will be extended.
