2nd Line Service Desk Analyst - 3 Month Contract Ext - London
Rate - £15 per hour
An urgent requirement for a 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst that can start immediately has arisen with one of my clients based in Central London.
My client is a Managed Service Provider working with a number of financial clients. You will be providing 2nd line technical support services to all of the company's clients and their supported equipment. Providing the best achievable levels of availability and service you will be working with a team of engineers whose sole responsibility is to restore and achieve a normal service operation with the least possible disruption to the company's customers.
This is initially a 3 month contract which is likely to extend or potentially be offered as a permanent position if the candidate is open to it.
Requirements - 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst:
* Excellent Communication skills * Experience within a Service Desk environment. * Microsoft Windows platforms in particular Windows 7 / 8 * Windows Server * Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 * Active Directory and Group Policy Management * Blackberry Enterprise Server/iPhone support * MS Office product suite * Troubleshooting skills
