A leading client of mine based in Central London is currently looking for a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer to join them for an initial 6 month period which is likely to extend.
As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer, you will be providing support to users, face to face, over the phone and remotely. As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer you will be supporting a number of VIP users so previous experience of this is advantageous. As a 2nd Line Desktop Support Engineer you will gain exposure to, and will be supporting, a number of bespoke applications as well as using the following technologies.
