An industry-leading organisation based in Northampton have recently seen huge success from their RPA deployments and as such, are looking for a Blue Prism Developer to lead their RPA development team.
The successful Lead RPA Developer will be responsible for the successful delivery of RPA automations through the leadership and mentoring of members of the team. The Lead RPA Developer will still be hands-on and will be working on the design, development, testing and deployment of automated solutions using Blue Prism. The Lead RPA Developer will also be responsible for managing relationships with key stakeholders across the business, keeping them updated throughout the SDLC through to deployment and post-deployment support.
The ideal Lead RPA Developer will have experience with Blue Prism along with having operated as a Developer prior to moving into RPA, however this is not essential. The essential experience required of the Lead RPA Developer is to have previously worked as a Lead RPA Developer with any RPA tool.
