IT Support Analyst - £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits - Central London
A client of mine are looking to hire an IT Support Analyst to join their IT team. The IT Support Analyst will be joining a busy team and will be responsible for providing 2nd Line Support to users over the phone, via remote support, face to face and via email. The role of IT Support Analyst will allow the successful candidate to develop their career by gaining exposure to 3rd Line issues and also having the opportunity to move into a 3rd Line Engineer role in the foreseeable future.
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for providing high level 2nd Line Support to users across the business. In addition, the IT Support Analyst will get involved in troubleshooting general network infrastructure issues, remote access issues, monitoring backups, anti-virus' and Windows updates. The IT Support Analyst will also have the opportunity to write up technical guides and documentation and provide training to junior members of the team. In this role the IT Support Analyst will be liaising with other departments across IT on a regular basis to ensure that the best service possible is delivered at all times.
The IT Support Analyst must have experience of having provided 2nd Line Support to users with Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory and SharePoint.

* Office 365 - mailbox creation & distribution lists
* Active Directory - user management & group policies
* Imaging - used any tool
* Networking knowledge - DNS, DHCP, Switches & Routers
Desirable Skills - IT Support Analyst:
* Microsoft Certification
* ITIL Certified
* Hands on networking experience
* Experience working within a team and individually
