2nd/3rd Line Support - £35,000 - £38,000 Benefits Package Training Courses
My not for profit Client has a role where, whilst part of a much larger team based in other offices, you would be the only IT person at this particular office. The Service desk at another site would log all calls, but you would be the escaltion point for this site.
You will have had prior experience of supporting the following -
* Exchange 2010 * Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016 * Active Directory * VMware * Backup and recovery technologies * HP SAN/NAS * Citrix xenapp, sharefile & xenmobile * Skype for Business
The ideal candidate will have a proactive and customer focused approach as well as excellent communication skills.
