A rapidly growing global client of mine based in London is looking for a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst to join their team.
As a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will be providing both BAU and project support to the user base.
As a 1st / 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst you will have previous experience of working on a service desk providing 1st and 2nd line support. You will need to have experience of supporting a number of different users and will have experience working in a high paced environment.
Essential skills - 2nd Line Service Desk Analyst
* Windows 7 or 10 * Hyper V or VMware - Understanding * Windows Server 2012 or 2016 * Office 365 or Exchange * Active Directory * DNS / DHCP / TCP/IP
