Finance & Admin Lead - Up to £35kpa Benefits - 12-month FTC - Dartford
A market leading client of mine that are currently undergoing an IT Change and Transformation Programme across the business are looking for a Finance & Admin Lead to join their team. The Finance & Admin Lead will be joining the business at a very exciting time as they are investing, growing and transforming their business to provide a better service to new and old customers.
As the Finance & Admin Lead you will be responsible for managing the company's IT budget by maintaining and reporting to the company's business partners. In addition, the Finance & Admin Lead will also manage a small team of IT Administrators ensuring that KPI targets are achieved around areas such as; purchase orders, licenses and invoicing.
The Finance & Admin Lead will also work very closely with the Vendor Manager, various technical teams and third parties to understand potential spend on projects to forecast budget and potentially present forecasts around areas of over and underspend if necessary. The Finance & Admin Lead will also keep all financial records up to date by ensuring that the third parties are kept up to date with any deviations on the budget forecast.
Essential skills required for Finance & Admin Lead:
* Previous financial experience * Project Management experience * Team management experience * Stakeholder management experience * Procurement experience * AAT or CIMA certified * Strong Microsoft skills
Desirable skills for Finance & Admin Lead:
* Experience with 3rd party suppliers * Operated within an IT department * Doing process improvement within an IT function
