RPA Project Manager - Up To £85,000 Bonus Benefits - Central London
A market leading client of mine is looking for an RPA Project Manager to join their growing RPA team. The RPA Project Manager will be joining the business at a very exciting time as they are investing, growing and transforming their business to provide a better service to new and old customers.
The RPA Project Manager will be responsible for managing the process of developing and deploying robotic process automations; scheduling and facilitating recurring status update meetings, managing open items, mitigating deployment life cycle risks and issues, updating tracking tools, updating Robot Production inventory and providing summary reporting.
RPA Project Manager Primary Responsibilities:
* Define and lead complex RPA projects * Responsible for leading project delivery of robotic process automation solutions from initiation to handover * Ensure stakeholders are managed effectively, & updated on progress, key risks and issues * Work closely with the RPA CoE (Center of Excellence) team to ensure all initiatives have measurable benefits, and are aligned with strategic business objectives * Monitor all aspects of the project throughout the lifecycle * Create the robotic process documentation, which describes how the robotic process automation is setup and behaving in detail * Release management, Scope management and Change management * Risk and issue management and resolution * Automation deployment life cycle tracking * Communication with 3rd party development partners * Build and maintain relationships with business, IT and functional leads
RPA Project Manager Requirements:
* Lean Six Sigma Certified * Project Management experience within RPA * Risk/Issue management experience * Knowledge of RPA tools (Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere etc.)
