My leading financial client based in Bank is currently looking for an Application Support Analyst with SAS experience to join their team. They are looking for someone who can provide technical application and system support to internal business functions and their customers. The Application Support Analyst will be meeting service level agreements that have been set within the company while maintain the systems stability for the company. The role will be within a newly formed team where you will be working on several projects and supporting new strategic technology platforms.
As the Application Support Analyst, you will be faced with complex issues where you will need to thoroughly troubleshoot and resolve the issue. There is a lot of potential to maximise your SAS skills but gain further and in-depth Application Support experience.
Key responsibilities for the Application Support Analyst:
* Providing 2nd/3rd Line Application Support * Becoming an SME within the business for projects they have at the moment using SAS * Developing the rest of the team * BAU and project work
Key Skills for the Application Support Analyst:
* In depth SAS experience * 2nd/3rd Line Application support experience * ITIL knowledge * Understanding of scripting * Good stakeholder management experience * Self-driven individual
Desirable Skills for the Application Support Analyst:
* Able to write and debug scripts * Experience of working within Financial Services
