IT Support Engineer - £35,000 - £40,000 Benefits - Central London
A pioneering financial client of mine are looking for an IT Support Engineer to join their team to provide 3rd Line Support. The IT Support Engineer will be joining a demanding fast-paced environment is going through a very exciting time where they will invest, grow and transform their business to provide a better service to new and existing customers.
The IT Support Engineer will be responsible for providing BAU support whilst working closely with the Head of IT for projects. Furthermore, the IT Support Engineer will be heavily involved in maintaining the infrastructure through; troubleshooting network issues, monitoring backups, updating anti-virus and Windows systems and deploying new equipment and applications.
The IT Support Engineer must have provided 3rd Line Support with Windows 7, 8 or 10, Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint and networking.
Key Skills - IT Support Engineer:
* Past experience providing 3rd Line Support
* Windows Server 2012 - configured
* Windows - 7/8/10
* Office 365 - troubleshoot
* SharePoint - managed permissions
* Imaging - used any tool
* Networking - troubleshoot
Desirable Skills - IT Support Engineer:
* Microsoft Certifications
* Virtualisation - VMware or Hyper-V
* Active Directory - configured
* Windows Server - configured from scratch
