A client of mine in the Charity sector is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Engineer to provide 2nd line support to facilitate the growth and expansion of the company's high demands meaning this role is perfect for an individual who thrives in a busy environment!

Essential Skills Required for IT Support Engineer:
* Exchange or Office 365 - Setting up new accounts, resetting passwords, security policies * Active Directory - Group policies * Windows 7 or 10 * VMware or Hyper-V - Troubleshooting and user management
Daily Duties of IT Support Engineer:
As the IT Support Engineer, you will be providing 2nd line technical support to end users within the business ensuring any issues raised are completed within a timely manner and all unresolvable faults escalated to 3rd line where appropriate.
Desirable Skills for the IT Support Engineer:
* Mobile Device Management or Intune * Experience in an ITIL Environment * Previous experience in the Charity sector
