An established Managed Service Provider based in London requires an 2nd Line Engineer to join their Service Desk team. The 2nd Line Engineer will be the first point of contact for the clients so great communication skills and the ability to multitask will be essential.
The 2nd Line Engineer will be dealing with 2nd Line issues surrounded by highly capable 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers resulting in a great opportunity to develop your skillset. The 2nd Line Engineer will be involved in a range of projects such as Office 365 migrations and office moves alongside BAU tasks.
2nd Line Engineer Essential Skills:
* Office 365 - Creating user accounts, mailbox creation, working with applications within Office 365 such as teams * Active Directory - Creating user account, distribution list management, implement policies * Networking experience TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN, WAN * Experience with Windows 10 * Experience resolving tickets under KPI's & SLA's * Good communication skills
