An established Managed Service Provider based in London requires an 1st Line Engineer to join their Service Desk team. The 1st Line Engineer will be the first point of contact for the clients so great communication skills and the ability to multitask will be essential.
The 1st Line Engineer will gain exposure to both 1st and 2nd line issues resulting in a great opportunity to develop your skillset surrounded by highly capable 1st, 2nd and 3rd Line Engineers. The 1st Line Engineer will be involved in a range of projects such as Office 365 migrations and office moves alongside BAU.
1st Line Engineer Essential Skills:
* Office 365 - Creating user accounts, mailbox creation * Active Directory - Creating user account, distribution list management * Good communication skills
