Level 2 Network Engineer - £30,000 - £35,000 Benefits - Central London
An exciting Managed Services client of mine is looking for a Level 2 Network Engineer that will be working on various sites for one of their prestigious clients'. The Level 2 Network Engineer will be providing support and maintenance for networking, telephony, wireless, desktop administration and desk side issues.
The role of Level 2 Network Engineer will require travel be required to travel to client sites across the UK exposing the engineer to a vast number of environments for them to learn and developer their skillset from. The Level 2 Network Engineer will be heavily involved in logging daily tickets, scheduling PPM attendance, replacing failed equipment, backups, patching and much more.
Key Skills - Level 2 Network Engineer:
* Previous experience as a Level 2 Network Engineer * CCNA qualified * Office 365 - administration * Administration of Telephony systems * Administration of Radius server * Knowledge of RMM tool sets - eg. SolarWinds * LAN * Routers/switching * Fibres & patching
Desirable Skills - Level 2 Network Engineer:
* Experience with various Anti-Virus technologies * WAN * Excellent knowledge of Ticketing systems
